Could it be from the HDD

Hi, mycomputer is freezing randomly. The screen freezes but the computer is still working but i cant turn it of so i must hard reboot.I ran all kind of tests CPU GPU PSU RAM. And everything is fine.I think can it be from the HDD look here:http://s28.postimg.org/461mh2g4d/image.png
I cant understand much but if anyone can help he is welcome.

have you run a Windows Error check on the drive?

Also run the drive manufacturer's diagnostic software.

According to the results, the HDD had some bad sectors that were reallocated. If the HDD is still under warranty, it may be a good idea to contact the manufacturer. My guess would be that bad sectors would eventually continue to appear.
Apart from that, you can run Windows Disk Check as Emerald already suggested and see whether this will help. Here is how to do that: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html

Ok, ive done this and disk C is with no errors but E have some i clicked on repair them and it says that everytnig is repaird but crystal disk says caution again

I would say that it is possible. Your system could freeze from issues with other components as well but you have mentioned that you have tested them and we assume that they are working just fine.

And what about the HDD the program still say caution

It says caution because it had some bad sectors as I already mentioned.
The testing tool informs you that the HDD may be unreliable(even though the HDD seems to be repaired for now).
Unfortunately, even though that these were reallocated, most probably bad sectors will continue to appear.

The computer is still freezing.It even freezed till i write that messаge.I dont think its the HDD .Any other suggestions.

The whole config is 5 years old
Motherboard Asrock G41M-VS3 first it was asus but it burned so my friend changed it
CPU Intel core 2 duo e7500 2.93Ghz
GPU MSi Nvidia gtx 750 ocv1 before it it was 9600GT
RAM 2 2GB kingston
HDD 500 Gb HITACHI SATA 2 16mb
OC Window 8.1

The +12V, +5V and +3.3V voltages would reflect the state of the PSU. A fan that has stopped spinning, or is spinning slowly, or dust in the heatsinks, might result in temperature problems.
