I'm running it because I have an extremely annoying stuck pixel that flickers red and just want to know if I can do any damage to the monitor if I were to say run it over night. (7 hours)

Also, is it unrealistic to expect to not have any stuck pixels on an LCD? second monitor I've bought that has one. Am I expecting too much?

Running jscreenfix should not give you any problem...i've run it for more than 10 hours multiple times with my laptop...And it is not like you cannot get a lcd without stck pixels..If its a new one and if jscreenfix doesn;t fix, contact the manufacturer...

The problem is they don't really do anything for you if there aren't more than 5. I'm just gonna probably deal with this little one since it's not that visible but in my opinion they're shipping out a faulty product. There shouldn't be an "acceptable" amount of broken/stuck pixels.

that's right...every company has their own stck pixel policy...samsung has a zero stuck pixel policy in korea i guess...
