Could Mobo problem cause other parts to be damaged ?

My pc automatically shuts down shortly after turning on, or stops working showing blue screen within 12 hours when it seems to be normally going.
This is why I can't do other works except for the web surfing.
I've thought it's due to motherboard symptoms. If so, gpu ram hdd psu and cpu are damaged ? Must I change all components as well as motherboard ?

While mobo can pass on problems to other hardware like in case on power surges, it doesn't sound like that's what's going on necessarily.
Try to see what time the bsod happened, and then open up event viewer once you're back in windows, and see what critical errors you have around that timestamp. Write out event ID and description here.
Also, if you have any dump files (location of which will be listed on the bsod itself), they might help shed light on what's going on.

I opened up event viewer to see it though I don't know what to do.
(before I write it, this pc all systems halted 4 times and "this pc didn't load windows" shown up on blue screen while 4th rebooting it)
sometimes it used to get to blue screen "this pc ran 🙁 " and stayed in 0%.
or Stops abruptly with weird sound (If a video was being played) or no sound.
I formatted about 4 times since such a symptoms.

When you're looking into event IDs, you'll see all sorts of errors, but once in a while, just around the timestamp (pay attention to the timestamp) of the crash (+/- 2 min), there will be like a circle with a ! through it, in red and it'll say critical. Find one of those around the time of the crash.

After all I changed Motherboard to new one (same model) because continuous shut down of computer didn't allow me to get back to Windows. I purchased 2 Motherboards 2 years ago when I assembled this PC.
Still I can't make sure whether or not the symptoms are solved but It seems that auto shut downs disappear.
Should I reinstall Windows ?
