I've been using MSI afterburner for a few days now
I own a GTX 460 768mb and i OC'ed to 800 core clock and 2000 memory clock and I've seen people go much higher
So I was using it OC'ed for like 4 days, and the temps never went over 80°C which is stable
Today morning I start the pc and use it for like an hour. I went away and havent used it at all. Later, at around 11PM i fire up discord and CSGO, at that point the gpu was under 50°C.
In the middle of starting the game the screen goes black, a no signal error appears and I hear growling(google translate) in my headphones. I try to turn it off but nothing, so I turn off my PSU, wait a minute, turn it on and it goes to the windows loading screen than black screen and no signal error. All fans are spinning(gpu, cpu, PSU) and I don't know what to do.
Also every 2nd, 3rd boot it gives a Windows didn't load correctly error and gives me the option to reinstall windows.
The reason I was saying all the OC info bcz from a few searches it would seem my GPU is fried but I don't understand how, it was under 50°C when it crashed so I would like to know is it possible my GPU fried? Thanks in advance

Full system:

Mobo: Asus P5Q SE2
Cpu: Intel Core2Quad Q6600 2.40GhZ
Gpu: GTX 460 768mb
Ram: Dual channel 8gb ddr2 1333MhZ
Hdd: WD blue 500gb 7200Rpm
PSU: some random 500W

Pls help idk wat to do

Also while booting it recognizes the GPU so idk if it means anything.

Do you have a spare GPU to check? I think your GPU is not dead but it is due to an unstable overclocking. Even if you are getting normal temperature, there are couple factors which determine whether overclocking is stable or not such as power delivered to the GPU.
If you are able to access your BIOS, then your GPU is fine. However, once you to boot to Windows your overclocked profile would be loaded making your GPU unstable. Try to boot in safe mode and reset your overclock.

Ok so I managed to boot into safe mode and when I entered MSI Afterburner I couldn't change anything, everything was greyed out and like at like 0 so I turned off MSI Afterburner to autostartup and again same thing it wont boot

Edit: I just realised that in safe mode MSI Afterburner doesn't recognize that i even have a GPU for some reason but it is recognized while booting

Other Options:

- Try running a disk check in safe mode. You can do this by opening a command prompt under administrator privileges and typing: sfc /scannow
- Try uninstalling and reinstalling your GPU drivers in Windows. Win+X, Device Manager. Uninstall your GPU device located under display adapters. Reboot.
- If the problem persists, uninstall MSI afterburner.

If one of these options work:
If Option A: Your Windows installation was corrupted.
If Option B: Your Drivers were incompatible with your device
If Option C: Your GPU overclock is persisting. Try completely removing MSI Afterburner.

It is unlikely your GPU is the issue, as you wouldn't be able to see anything if the device isn't working.

Ok so this is quite interesting, the pc booted fine and everything and I downloaded the newest drivers and started installing them and in the middle of the instalation the pc shuts off and again the same thing as before, it comes to the windows loading screen and crashes

Okay, different problem now, during the install, during the checking system compatibility part it gives this error:

Graphics drivers could not a compatible graphics device something along those lines
