Could my hard drive have damage?

I screwed in the last screw on my hard drive and touched it to see if it was tight and not able to move but when I touched it I felt a little shock so I tried to boot my PC and it booted. So I did a SMART test and everything came back fine but could it still have damage that I don't know about?

No, you're overthinking things.

The HDD is most likely fine.

@masskiller1523, you may have discharged some static electricity from your body. The computer's chassis would be earthed, so everything should be OK.
