graphic card- asus nvidia gtx 760 direct cu II gddr5 2gb
Hard disk - wd 500gb

As i wanted to change my mobo
it's nt overclocking my pc as
it can give a turbo speed frm 2.80ghz to 3.10ghz ..
so,cannot understand y it does'nt show up the option of turbo speed 3.10ghz in the starting of the windows bios..?
reply plz asap

You can overclock any intel cpu (i think they dropped support on that for haswell series)that has turbo boost by 4 bins.(0.4Ghz over the turbo boost amount.)Every cpu that is supposedly locked because it doesn't have a k on it,it's called "Limited Unlocked" cpu,do your research boys.A non k intel cpu that has turbo boost can be overclocked by 0.4Ghz over the turbo boost amount. This might help

That means that it would run at Core 0 =3.5Ghz Core 1 = 3.4Ghz Core 2 =3.3Ghz Core 3 = 3.2Ghz unless your motherboard supports running all the cores at the same speed, giving you 3.5Ghz at all cores

I don't consider that OCing. On the same note you should be able to "OC" the QPI links a few MHz (5-8 from what I've heard) and get a slightly faster CPU as well. Again, not OCing. OCing involves time and attention to detail to hit many MHz/GHz over stock. It's not going from 3.3GHz base to 3.5GHz "OC'd". If you want to eek a bit more out of your CPU it's fine. But to OC an Intel CPU you have to have a K series CPU.

Well, technically overclocking is when you run a component at a higher speed that the manufactured speed,so both of our ways are "overclocking".Raising the BCLK yields the same or less results than the overclocking over the turbo which in some cases you can run 4 cores at the max speed giving you +0.4Ghz over turbo, so +0.8 - 1.2Ghz depending on the cpu(the i5 2400s has stock 2.5Ghz and turbo 3.3Ghz overclocking 4 bins above that gives 3.5-3.6Ghz if all cores are used or 3.7Ghz if you are lucky and make them run all at the same speed.)
