Could my MOBO being dying?

So I built my PC probably about 5 years ago and for 2 years it booted perfectly fine,
Original Specs
i7-4790k
GTX750ti
16 GB of DDR3 Ram
z97-A Motherbo

I started getting the video card error (1 Long, 3 Short beeps) when posting. I replaced my 750Ti with a brand new 970 and a 750W PSU. Was fine for a bit, but started to get the errors again. After resetting the pc and continuing to start the pc with the errors, eventually it goes. Once it boots it's perfectly fine. Kind of an annoyance at most, just wondering if anyone would have the knowledge as to why it gives me errors but boots after a while.

have you replaced your cmos battery?

It's a long shot, but after 5 years it could be on its way out.

If that does not help then it sprobably time for a new PC.
