Could my PSU use the GTX 960 ITX OC?

I was thinking about getting the ITX version because i have a small fit (micro ATX) but My PSU is an Antec VP-450 and I was wondering would I be able to not overclock it.because it says overclocked out of the box.Would i just turn it down on the Software it came with? Thank you

It would be best right? Its what "Im" looking for. you mean overclocking wouldtn be best for me right? but i will get the card

Yes for overclocking.... but otherwise its a good psu for you

the power supply will run the card fine and you can keep the factory overclock as well. the 960 is pretty low powered and even overclocked it still uses very little power.
