I have a Crucial MX500 SSD (CT500MX500SSD4 ) as my OS drive. After clean-installing Windows this week, I noticed that it's not responding to the Crucial Storage app like it used to before. It throws errors whenever the app tries to read any info from the drive - S.M.A.R.T., drive details, self test, etc.

If I keep refreshing, I get through 1 in perhaps 10-15 times. One such time is this screenshot - View: https://i.imgur.com/m60gyoE.png

Samsung Magician also shows N/Afor this drive. CrystalDiskInfo is however able to read it fine. - View: https://i.imgur.com/YNBnAtl.png

The drive will be 5 years old in December, which is when its warranty will expire. Even though "lifetime remaining" is showing 86%, should I be concerned and look into replacing it?

PS: I have not had any hiccups, lags, freezes, etc. with system performance - nothing noticeable anyway.

Replace it when it dies.

In the interim, keep a good backup routine to be prepared for that unknown date.
