[SOLVED] Could not create a text file

So I wanted to create a text file on my desktop just to put some study info in for my school, but when I right clicked and clicked new text document it says "Could not find this item" "This is no longer located in C:\Users\noname. Verify the item's location and try again" I've never ran into a problem like this ever, and I pray someone can help me.

Can you please check with the Windows Security app and see if Ransomware Protection is enabled?
