Could not execute the following command:

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.win2000.setup (More info?)

I get the message: c:\windows\system32\msrr.exe upon setup. Can anybody help me?

That is not a file native to windows. My best guess is it belongs to a 3rd
party app, or is malware.
