Today, I tried to reset my PC because I had a lot of junk and useless files. I went to Windows Settings>Update & Security>Recovery and then clicked the "Reset this PC" option and clicked remove everything. Upon clicking it, it said "Could not find the recovery environment" and continued to say, " Insert your Windows Installation or recovery media, and restart your PC with the media."
If anyone has any answers or solutions it would be greatly appreciated

change boot order in BIOS so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer
follow this guide: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-windows-10-clean-install.html
when you reach the screen asking for licence, click "I don't have a key" and win 10 will continue to install and reactivate once finished
