"Could not find the recovery environment" Windows 10 Reset

I would like to reset my PC using the Remove Everything option but get the message "Could not find the recovery environment, Insert your Windows installation or recovery media, and restart your PC with the media" Here is the USB Drive I installed a windows recovery on

Create a new windows 10 recovery drive
You need is a USB drive of at least 4GB capacity:
_From the taskbar, search for Create a recovery drive and then select it. You might be asked to enter an admin password or confirm your choice.
_When the tool opens, make sure Back up system files to the recovery drive is selected and then select Next.
_Connect a USB drive to your PC, select it, and then select Next > Create. A lot of files need to be copied to the recovery drive, so this might take a while.
