I have a 1400 budget for a computer. im not overly concerned with "need" so id like to get the most efficient parts for to make the computer from the most reliable manufacturers.

as far as motherboard cpu and ram, im hoping people can tell me what would be really good from newegg

i found
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145292
ram

motherboard

cpu

the ram i think has not so good latency. but im not certain if the higher number was bad or good..

thanks everyone!

not for me actually and at the moment i dont know. but im pretty sure its not for gaming.. is all i could say for sure.. . .what would be the best parts for that price or is it important to know what its for first?

thanks

I'm just trying to understand wanting a $1400 computer but not knowing what it's for. If you just want something for web surfing/media, you could save $1000 and still have it last you years. Are you doing this for a friend? And yes, figure out what it's for first :)
