Hi folks

I am looking to build a new pc and would like some advice on the build i am planning. Will it work fine? any bottlenecks or other such pitfalls? I intend to use it for gaming with descent graphics and performance. Is it worth going for 32gig ram? or would 16 be fine? is it worth going for a 3070ti over a 3060ti?
Thanks so much in advance!

It works but it's tough to say if it's a good deal or not without knowing your budget, what country you are located, your monitor resolution and what will be the primary uses of your PC. btw I don't see a power supply in your build.

Updated with power supply. Im running a 32in 144hz monitor hoping for 1080p or 1440p. $2600 in australia. Mainly use will be gaming

If you want to eliminate the mechanical h/d you could change up to a 2TB SSD such as this one in the link down below for an example. Most all new cpu coolers come with a small tube of thermal paste so I would scratch that off your list.

With your partlist, i am guessing its pre built?

I would not trust a gigabyte PSU.

Like @Why_Me suggested, u could go for a cheaper ssd. a read/write speed of 3500/1500 mbps against a 7500/5000 mbps is not that great for gaming. max 3 seconds more loading time.

If you are interested in building your own, we can suggest a customisable partlist...

Ah true. What brand psu are ok? Do you mean that an ssd with a slower read/write speed would be sufficient?

Ok
this entirely depends on the specific games you are hoping to run, what resolution you would be using, in-game settings you would like to use, and what frames-per-second you would like to see...
I want to run games like total war warhammer, and some AAA games at 1080 and 1440. With high graphics settings.

I would get neither GPU. The RX 6800 is faster, and considerably cheaper than a 3070ti, and similar in priced to some of the 3060ti's out there. Stay with 32gb ram, and I would not use a Gigabyte PSU.
850W be quiet! Pure Power 11 - 80+ Gold - Modular is thenext thing that isnt gigabyte
