Question Could someone help?

Sorry for my english in advance. I have a Gigabyte aorus z270x gaming 5 motherboard, and the other day I updated it's software (not BIOS, It's the panel where I can set overclocking, fan speed etc. within windows). Since then my motherboard shows error code 25 which is not in the users manual, so I don't know what it means. Do you guys have any idea? I would really appreciate some help.

Have you tried clearing the CMOS (unplug the power cord and remove the CMOS battery for a minute)?
If yes, and still the same, what code getting when starting the board with RAMs removed?
