Could someone please give me advise on my PSU.....

I have a 530W PSU from FSP and I just want to know if they make solid quality gear. My system has been running a bit unstable of late and I seem to have it narrowed to the PSU or the strangely hot (at stock) video card. Anyhow I got a link to the company site if it'll help.

FSP makes better power supplies than most companies. There's always a chance you got a bad one, but that's not likely because of pre-testing. Check your 12v, 5v, and 3.3v lines for fluctuation, you shouldn't see much

Where do I check those stats at?? Do I download some monitoring program or is there software I should already have??
