Could someone please take a look at my chkdsk log?

Thinking about upgrading to a ssd but want to be sure my current HDD is going bad. I ran a chkdsk repair last night, if someone could decipher the log it would greatly be appreciated? I keep trying to make a backup using macrium but keep getting error code 1117 which they say is do to bad sectors.

A disk check has been scheduled.
