Could someone tell me if these Silverstone PCI-E GPU cable work with a Seasonic PSU ?

So I was wanting to replace my PCI-E cables with shorter ones.

These the cables according to the reviews it says universal.

Right away by looking at the cable connector that goes in to the PSU, does not have that little piece (looks kinda like hook) where you press down on it so it locks to the PSU connector. Which doesn't bother me, As long as it's somewhat no one will be tugging it.

Do you guys see any cons that I'm not seeing ?
