Could this be the monitor?

Currently getting the ''Out of Range" message popping up every now and then though often enough to be bothersome. I've read the reboot to safe mode and change resolution fix though I'm running dual screens and only one ever goes out of range. Turning the monitor off then on again seems to fix it til the next time it goes OOR. This was my primary monitor and since then have made it the secondary and so far it has gone OOR once and waiting to see if it does again. Games have yet to cause this, it only seems to happen when windows prompts or I reboot. Could this be hardware related?

does monitor have the same settings on resolution and size .

Both monitors are VS24AHP, Asus 1920x1200. Currently set to extended display.

did you try to interchange them it could be a issue with your gpu or the driver check if they are all up to date .
