Basically bf4 keeps crashing after approx 30 minutes, it's a new build but I tested it a few times and seemed ok before over clocking.

Runs stable in Prime95 for hours though?

Yes, BF4 doesn't do well with overclocks, I remember reading about this somewhere else. If I find the link I'll make sure to forward it to you.

If prime95 runs for hours, then it is not the OC! It could be a marginal PSU. What are the system specs?

Yeah, his overclock might be stable, but the game does not get along too good with overclocks.

Asus Maximus VI Hero
i5 4670k
MSI r9 280x
16gb Corsair Vengeance
650 EVGA PSU.

Temperatures are absolutely fine when it's crashing.

If the game doesn't get on with OC's that's a real shame!
