I can run Day Z SA with my A6 3670 with integrated graphics and there is no problem so you should be more then able to play it at decent settings with your system!

Im kind of a noob with computers but if I upgrade to an Intel 4790k 4.0 GHz will it run better?

It may. However, if you will only use the pc for dayz, then i don't think it is worth the jump. However, if you use it for everyday use, the your computer will be faster and smoother.
