Could this PC run games like WoW on Ultra?

This is what i was thinking of using:

Motherboard: Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3
Processor Amd Fx-8 8320 3.50ghz
GPU: HIS Radeon HD 7950
RAM: 16gb
Watercooled aswell

Could this run games like World of Warcraft at Ultra settings? If not, what could i do to improve this setup?

Yes. The motherboard is VERY low end. Like that board is usually used in $500 builds at most.

You do not need 16gb RAM. 8gb is plenty for gaming.

Would the low end motherboard have a significant impact on the performance in games? I don't plan on going SLI/Crossfire in the next few years. It was purely based on price.

No, but adding an SSD or overclocking are pretty well out of the question. I would definitely recommend something better. Its a very basic budget and old motherboard. the chipset is from 3 years ago.
