Hey,
So i wanna buy a Intel® Core™ i7 7700K as an upgrade.
Currently I'm on a Intel Core i3-4130 3.4GHz,
but im not sure if CPU's are universal or not, so will if work with my motherboard: Gigabyte H81M-S2PV ?
If any further information is required please ask.

Solution
No, it will not. You need a 100 or 200 series board for that CPU. If the board is not LGA 1151, not counting Coffee Lake 300 series which are not compatible, then it will not work.

Your board will accept only LGA 1150 Haswell processors, or Haswell Refresh with a bios update. So any of these will work with your current motherboard without a bios update.

i5-4570, i5-4670k, i5-4770, i5-4400, i5-4530, i7-4770, i7-4770k.

These should work WITH a bios update.

i5-4460, i5-4690, i5-4690k, i7-4790, i7-4790k.

If you want to use an i7-7700k you will need a new motherboard and new DDR4 memory.
