Could this run games like Fallout: New Vegas and Skyrim on mid-high settings?

I'm looking for a cheap pre-built pc to start my journey into pc gaming. I would like to know if this one is worth it. If it's not quite there yet I would appreciate any parts recommendations to get it where it needs to be. Thank you for your help. http://

Depending on the screen resolution, yes. But you might want to plan on a better card. The R7-230 is a 720p card at best.
If you want a pre-built PC, why not go direct to Cyberpower and "build" your own?
