hi
i have this weird question is it possible to play video games on an supercomputer
if somebody would but windows software into an supercomputer would it in theory be possible to play videogames on an supercomputer

Solution
as kaptainkuftic stated this is impossible to answer without specifying a lot of variables.

If windows can be installed and can run a modern graphics card then in theory it will play modern games.

Now even looking at dual or quadruple cpu Xeon systems, an overclocked i7 will actually play games better then most of these severs designed for Virtualization.
You have to define supercomputer first.

In theory, though, yes. Any computer capable of installing Windows could play video games. Especially if you define 'video game' loosely, like Solitaire.

There are a lot of terms that need fleshed out before a question like this could really be answered
