Question Could you name the cooler?

Hello everyone!

I have a kind of CPU cooler and I think it used to belong a server computer. Its model AVC A113000022 but a ASUS sticker was sealed in the middle of the fan. ( I think ASUS did some co-operations with AVC to manufacture good quality products as fan and copper blocks etc. )

Here are some pictures of the cooler that I wonder its specs and compantibility. It doesn't have any clips or locks to put it on CPU.

It seems that some mounting accessories are missing.

I guess that the package should include a back plate to use on the other side of the motherboard.
