Question Couldn't Clone my HDD to a new HDD using Paragon Hard Disk Manager

I was going to clone my old HDD partitions (C,D,E) to my new HDD, but after i selected all the actions for the program to execute (clone the disk and stuff. Note: i also used the option to migrate os to new HDD), it said i had to restart my PC so that it could get "exclusive" access to partition C because it was going to clone windows 10 to the new HDD, but after confirming the request it straight away an error message popped up similar to this "Could not find bluescreen directory".
