Counter strike 1 6 fps problems on geforce 9200m

when i start cs it starts wid 100 fps but after 20 mins of playing fps suddenly drops to 20-30 fps...after some time it again jumps to 100 fps and then again goes back to 20 fps..plss help me guys with this..i really need ur help..... i have a NVIDIA GeForce 9200M GS graphics card and 320 GB Hard Disk.plss help me wid this

Normally the framerate fluctuates like that depending upon the work the GPU has to do. That sounds normal from your discription.
