So i got a good Rig
I7 6700K
970 gtx 4GB
8gb of Ram 2666mhz
And a good SSD
so my question is qhy i got such huge fps drops sometimes its crazy anoying and mostly happens in very crucial moments i normally have 300+ but sometimes they drop so hard that the game starts stuttering dont know why

That's just CSGO having a hard time using 8 threads. Try disabling hyper-threading and see what happens in CS:GO.
