what are best settings to run the csgo game

Solution
The motherboard has an onboard graphics solution.
It will not be powerful enough to run CS GO with a good frame rate and graphical effects turned on to high or medium settings in the game.

You motherboard has a Pci-e graphics card slot on it.
I suggest you look into buying a Pci-e based graphics card first before you buy CS GO to play on your computer.

You can pick up a mid range Pci-e graphics card for your system that will play the game quite well.
You would find one for a decent second hand price through e-bay or something like it if you are not willing to pay for a brand new card.

You're going to need an actual graphics card if you want to play the games at high FPS. Your computer is generally pretty old, so the integrated graphics card isn't that good.
