Counter Strike GO is not working Properly. Buffering HELP !!

hey guys, my cs go is not working properly. whenever i open it, it starts to hang on the title screen ( i am not even in the game).
it was working just fine yesterday. i tried reducing graphics to very low but still no good.
please help !!

First verify game cache.

does the intro video run? or have you disabled it in console?

Does any error code come up?

have you tried to re-install CSGO?

is it ONLY csgo this happen?
