Question Countless Bsod for months and can't find the exact problem

Hello, I have been struggling with BSOD for around 6 months with no end to this problem. I have taken it to a store and they tested using memtest86 and tested my cpu/gpu and claimed my E: drive was corrupted and that was it. Turned out that fixed nothing and I am still stuck with this problem. Most BSOD mention kernal corruption but I got different ones. Also want to mention that I can't enter bios settings cause I get a black screen if i attempt to. If I do succeed, I have limited time before it freezes there.

Here are my dmp files:

My pc:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060
Motherboard: ASROCK X570 Phantom Gaming 4
Ram: G.Skill F4-3600 16-8GTZNC DDR4 (x2) (Slot 2 and 4 I think )
PSU: EVGA 550W Bronze

Built this pc in 2018

typical bsod, not showing me any drivers

I could guess its lan drivers.

try running https://www.intel.com.au/content/www/au/en/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html and check you have newest Intel lan drivers.

Try running memtest86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 4 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the BSOD. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors. Memtest is created as a bootable USB so that you don’t need windows to run it

now to boot off the usb, we don't need to go into bios.
go to settings/update & security/recovery
under advanced startup, click restart PC
this loads windows into blue menu
Choose Use a Device
If the USB drive is in PC, it will show as a bootable drive.
Pick it, windows will restart and run USB.

PSU: EVGA 550W Bronze
EVGA is the brand of the PSU, while 550W is the advertised wattage of the unit. Bronze is the advertised 80+ efficiency rating. What is the model of the unit? A 4 year old PSU will not output the same amount of power as it did when it was brand new.

Apart from assuming that the system might need a PSU to test out, I'm suspecting a BIOS issue as well.

IAN drivers showed "No supported driver or software updates are available for your system."
As for memtest, I've already done it before and it yielded no problems.

try updating chipset drivers, you don't need stormi or raid - https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-socket-am4/x570

i thought intel would have updated those drivers in 2 years.

you only 2 bios behind. shame Asrock don't appear to have a way to flash bios from just a USB. Some other X570 boards let you do it with just a PSU attached.
it freezing isn't ideal. Not a good sign really.

I got "unable to install AMD chipset drivers." System configuration is not compatible for RAID drivers or application installation. A system update is required to complete the installation (at the bottom)

I believe it is 80+. It's this one
EVGA 550 B5, 80 Plus BRONZE 550W

I'd like to add that BSOD more often occurs if i am not playing any game. If I turn on (ex. Genshin Impact) there is less of a chance of me getting a BSOD than just turning my pc on and leaving it.

I wasn't very awake this morning.

which version of win 10

  1. right click start
  2. choose run...
  3. type winver and press enter
  4. current version is 22H2

Fair enough, I don't suppose you have a spare DDR4 kit that you can try? At face value my instincts are memory or board. Memory obviously easier to test than putting in a new board.

I've tried using my brother's ram and the result was countless bsods. However, he does use the same brand but he doesn't get any BSOD.
