okay, so for the past few days i have been trying to find solutions for this issue on my laptop and i am almost sure I've tried everything.
My specs are not the best, but they are good enough for the games i play, for example.. CS:GO, World of Warcraft, Minecraft. things like that.
Computer name: Lenovo Z70
Processor: Intel I7-5500U
Graphics card: Nvidia Geforce 840m
Ram: 8GB
Literally a couple of days ago, for example in CS:GO i would get around 150 fps at medium to high settings, and now im getting 35-60 even at the lowest settings. my fps doesnt go up at all. in minecraft i used to get around 200 fps no problem, now i get 30 and it doesnt go up. im not sure what is wrong. my cpu gpu temps are fine.. i recently updated everything i possibly could.. i checked for viruses with multiple applications.. and nothing at all has been changed/fixed.
