Hi, on start i have to say that i recently bought gtx 1080, i had i5 7600k and i thought that it will be fine but it was bottlenecking my GPU, many of you can say it's not true but actually it's. I had almost similar FPS in overwatch that my friend have on his i5 6600k and gtx 960. So i bought i7 7700k. Now FPS issue is gone but i think it's running hot while gaming.
In CS:GO it is about ~65 celsius degrees.
In Overwatch it is about ~70 celsius degrees.
When i did the test with Prime95 for about 2h, HWInfo showed that a highest temperature was 83 celsius degrees.
And now I wanna ask you that if i change my cpu cooling to AIO it will do the job, im thinking about Corsair Hydro Series H115i Pro or NZXT Kraken X62 v.2. I wanna to know which one is better or maybe you can recommend me one.
Now i have Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3 and thermal paste is Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut.
My Setup:
CPU: Intel Core i7 7700k
Cooler: Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3
MoBo: MSI z270 Tomahawk
GPU: MSI GTX 1080 Gaming X
PSU: Corsair RM750x
Case: Corsair Crystal Series 570x RGB with 3 fans on the front, one on back and one on the top.
