Coverting exFAT to NTFS without losing its data

I have my Passport 1 TB Hard Drive. But when installed to the samsung TV. it cant be read. The operator of Samsung said that I need to format my HD to NTFS. How can I Convert exFAT to NTFS wihtout losing its data

You can't (unfortunately). You have to back up your data to another storage device, perform the format, then move it back over. Formatting deletes all data from the selected disk.

How much space is used on your Passport?

I'd backup the files from the WD passport, to the Hard drive on your current computer, obivously making sure you have enough space, for the backup.

Than format it to NTFS. It's possible to backup on a USB drive, since there are higher capacities for lower prices.

Transfer it to your PC hard drive (if possible), then do the format. if not, you'll have to invest in a storage option.
