SoftFSB does support your clock generator. It can be downloaded at <A HREF="http://www.tweakfiles.com/processor/softfsb.html" target="_new">http://www.tweakfiles.com/processor/softfsb.html</A>.

If it is a recent revision with recent BIOS, you should be able to increase your bus speed to 133 in BIOS (that's 266DDR BTW). You can also modify the multiplier manually.
