Hello, can anyone please help me?
At intermittent times my pc will run extremely slow taking about 2-3 seconds to register any command non stop for about 4 mins then it goes back to normal.
When its doing this the windows task manager says i'm using 100% of CPU but in HWmonitor it says im using around 50-60%
the issue that started ever since i installed an m.2 NVME samsung evo plus in replace of another M.2 from WD and fresh installed windows onto the NVME.
I never seen this issue previous to installing the NVME.
