CPU 100% Load while idle

Hi,,sice two weeks now my pc does this thing when i boot up it works fine for 10 minutes but after that my cpu locks in at 100% load while idle so i cant do anything.
i go into taskmaneger and close all my things still its at 100% load, then after an hour or so it goes back to normal...

Did you check if your antivirus is scanning everytime it's on? Or maybe it's not scanning at all, and you have a malware/virus on your pc, in that case, scan your pc to see if it finds something.

I allready tried that a few times but it says my pc is clean..

Please do not tell me you are using Windows Defender or Norton. Those 2 are terrible at Virus detection. Download a antimalware program like Malwarebytes and scan your PC with it.

Try malwarebytes chameleon. Perhaps its a malware that is hiding from your scan, also do you have more than one drive?

and i have 3 drives in my pc
