CPU 100% Usage

Hey guys,

I have had my pc for about a month now, and just yesterday my cpu started acting up. Every time i open up a game (CS:GO, Rocket league) my CPU uses 100% for no reason. I haven't done anything sketchy on the internet so there is no threat of a virus. My temps dont rise, performance isnt affected either. And even sometimes after restarting my pc and shutting it down this stops happening. I have checked my cpu hardware and made sure that is is running at 3.4ghz when running a game (which it is). Im very confused and worried about this. I have a Ryzen 5 1600

Even if you havent gone anywhere sekchy on the internet you could sill have gotten a virus. Check to make sure. Have you done anything to power plan settings? Check backround processes. Make sure all your other drivers are up to date too.

It is the game that is using 80% of the CPU, NEVER did this before, however performance isn't effected, temps aren't effected and my pc is running better than ever. I am going to upgrade to a 7700K in the future. I dont even know what power plan settings are. I have updated my gforce driver and in MSI live update there is no updates required so i believe that everything will be fine. Thanks for your answer tho
