cpu 100% usage

hello there i have i7-7500U on my laptop
it gets to 100% usage really quick like if i scan my pc with malwarebytes it gets to over 80% without me using the computer
and when i game its stuck on 100% and my gpu doesnt.
i have a 950M GPU
and 16gm of ram
is there a way to fix it? or the cpu isnt good to begin with ?
edit: after a check malwarebytes to gets it to 100%

CTRL ALT DEL , task manager, check processes, it will tell every active process and how much in % every task is using out of your CPU. See if theres a particulr task using too much of it on idle.

When using aplications and gaming, what do you expect? they will use as much % of the cpu as possible, if they're so optimized they'd use 100% on every game out there for maximum performance,do you have high usage while idle? is your system worse than before?

well on idle its about 20~15% the thing is why there is a a bottle neck i mean its as if the only thing that is suffering when i try to go on a game is the cpu like the gpu isnt that good but i still dont use 100% and it wont ..then again its a laptop i just dont know why i thought that this cpu will do better on tasks like this
