[SOLVED] CPU 100% WHILE PLAYING

Hi Everyone , everytime i play any game my CPU is on 100% and GPU on like 15-30% my CPU is i5-9600k and my GPU is RTX 2060 i don't have any viruses I've checked and my GPU and windows are in the latest version and my graphics settings in game aren't even high they're medium my anti virus is Kasperkey and i don't have any programs opened in the background rather than the game itself and discord nothing else and i ended some stuff in the task manger still the same issue please help

yes with or without still i get 90-100%

This is why. Turn up the graphics settings so the GPU does more of the work...
