Hello I wonder I buy new pc and now I wonder why my CPU is jump to 100% when I start playing NFS Heat or Shadow of Tomb Rider? These games should run perfect.

My PC specs are:
Processor - 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11700KF @ 3.60GHz
Number of Cores - 16
Speed - 5 GHz
RAM - 16 GB
Video Card - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
Operating System - Windows 11

For more info - I try already clean my pc and update my drivers

Just realised though, your question was about CPU. You should replace that power supply regardless, it's not good enough for that hardware, but whether that's the cause of the CPU being at 100% is doubtful.

Run a user benchmark test and link the results here, you may have something else eating up your CPU cycles.

So I run benchmark test here is results:
UserBenchmarks: Game 154%, Desk 103%, Work 154%
CPU: Intel Core i7-11700KF - 103.3%
GPU: Nvidia RTX 3070 - 155.1%
SSD: Crucial P2 3D NVMe PCIe M.2 1TB - 243.2%
HDD: Toshiba HDWD220 2TB - 94.2%
RAM: G Skill Intl F4-3200C16-16GIS Corsair CMV4GX4M1A2400C16 20GB - 41.2%
MBD: Gigabyte GA-H510M H

Also I have right now my old power supply energon eps-550w, but I think I need power supply with at least 650w.
And I think my fans are in bad position inside my pc case. So they don't pull out hot air.
