Cpu 150 C+ with one game

Hi guys, when i run a game called 4story my cpu goes crazy it goes over 150 C. This only happens with this game ofcourse i turned of the computer as soon as it happend. My cpu is a AMD Athlon x4 860 K 3.7 ghz. It has not been overclocked or anything and as i said it only happens with this game. Any ideas what might be causing it?

150C is not realistic. Either it is 150F or the sensor (app reading the sensor) is defective. That temperature is simply not possible or the system would not work at all.

How are you measuring the temperature?

Dang that's the same CPU I got and I just posted a thread just like this one, lol.
Use AMD Overdrive to see thermal margin (this means how many degree C below the max operating temp of the CPU).

It is in C and i checked in amd overdrive and it drops to 0, but this never happens in other games and the game is from 2008 even my old 1.4 ghz cpu could run it without a problem. So when i check tepertures i sue Speccy HWmonito adn amd overdrive. Speccy adn HW monitor shows the same temp and amdoverdrive shows that my thermal margis is 0 when i open the game.
