So I'm trying to compress a video for an upload to youtube using the free software Handbrake. I had set the options up to take the longest possible for the compression as it stated this would maximize compression and minimize loss of quality. Well in doing this my AMD 8350 at 4.3GHz was at 100% on all 8 cores, and running at 147-152 degrees Fahrenheit. The program suggested the operation would take about an hour and im wondering if at that load and temps if it would be safe to allow it to go on for that hour or if it would be safest in regards to the life of the CPU to simply stop it.
EDIT: I should add my CPU cooler is the Coolermaster D92 Hyper
