Which cpu is available to stream 4k games at 60fps using obs/shadow play? Will ryzen 7 1800x be able to do it?

Solution
Better for streaming but really the impact of streaming on i7 7700k lowers it performance by more. The 1700 has unused cores for the work where the 7700k doesn't. In the video the lose of gaming performance was far less for the 1700 while producing much better video. The 7700K realy requires a second system dedicated to recording to win.
The ryzen 7 serries will be great at streaming, frankly would go with 1700 and overclock it and save a good amount of money.

With that said i7-7700 will do a far better job at actually gaming. To most it is better to have better gameplay and be slightly slower streaming.
Now how well Ryzen games once games get optimized for it is still up in the air, so it is still a gamble at this point.

Don't forget memory does have a impact and so does memory speeds. People have a great cpu but can be bottlenecks with ram, my 2700x doesn't improve from 3400mhz ram at stock speeds. I don't overclock this and use water cooling but graphic cards will always run better on faster system ram.
For streaming more grunt.
