I've been having CPU cooling issues for a while now, CPU is running 60-70 degrees Celcius whilst idle. Under load these temps can reach up to 80-90. This is a huge issue and I'm searching desperately for a solution. I redid the thermal paste one week ago and have seen little to no improvement. Since I am using an AIO I cannot change the fluid either. The fans run at max speed always, and are extremely loud. Is my CPU faulty, my cooling, or my Motherboard maybe? Please help.
My Specs are:
CPU: AMD FX-9590
CPU COOLING: Corsair h100i AIO
MOTHERBOARD: ASRock Fatality 970 Performance Series
