CPU 80% usage bad

While playing rainbow six siege my CPU is at at 80% usage while playing. It will drop to about 40% in menu. Im getting anywhere from 120 to 150 fps. the game still runs smooth. I was just wondering if that is bad or if i should be worried. I have a AMD 8350 and GTX GeForce 1060 gb

You are using a 6 year old tier 3 cpu to run a very demanding game. if you had less than 80% utilization id be shocked. if the performance is good and the temps are low there is nothing to worry about. cpus are designed to work perfectly at full utilization if cooled properly so yeah this is all good

I was monitoring my temp last night and it never went above 50 Celsius but I don't ever remember my CPU usuage being that high

Well in all likelihood something was running in the background using up some cpu resources. things like web browsers steam updates or antivirus scans can do that. but as i said earlier if your system is cool and 50 degrees is plenty cool then there is nothing to worry about
