CPU active cooler and RAM compability

Guys, I am wondering what active cpu cooler will fit in my build: MB GA-H270-Gaming 3, RAM options are: Corsair 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 2400MHz CMK16GX4M2A2400C14 , Kingston HyperX Fury 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 2400MHz HX424C15FBK2/16 . i am looking for low mid range cpu cooler ,something like Cooler Master Hyper T4 (RR-T4-18PK-R1) , Thermaltake Frio Silent 14 CL-P002-AL14BL-B , Cooler Master Hyper 212X (RR-212X-17PK-R1) , Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO (RR-212E-16PK-R1) or if you have suitable suggestions. If u are not into rgb then u can use corsair value select ram. It will get the job done and there won't be much compatibility issues.
As for cpu cooler hyper 212 evo would be my recommendation for you, irrespective of i3,i5 or i7.
