[SOLVED] CPU AIO

So am using a 212 hyper evo, and its not enough to cool my i5-4690k.
Any recommendation for AIO? at like 60$ or something? i don't have that high of a budget and i live in qatar, i will probably buy it through amazon.

Well in doha there is no such local markets for PC parts, theres one shop that opened recently named 974store they have a website, problem is amazon is much more cheaper than here, even with shipping included.
So i would prefer amazon over newegg, newegg has higher shipping prices.

So like, both of them is in my range right now, but which one do you recommend more? i prefer the black one but is the other one much better?
Also i have an asus b85m-e will the noctua one fit?

Thanks for your help! but another question will it be able to handle an overclock of 4.5? i can easily overclock my cpu without adding voltage and its completely stable, i did it before but when i stress tested my system it went to 90C the cooler couldn't handle it.

Should be able to do some mid range overclocking with it , very solid quiet and performs very well. You will like it , great addition.
